1. HISTORICAL CONTEXT OF THE 90' TIME
The decade of the 90s of the 20th century or, popularly known as the 90s or the 1990s, understood the period of time between January 1, 1990 and December 31, 1999. The fall of the Berlin Wall and The collapse of the Soviet Union ushered in an era known as the post-Cold War. The Soviet collapse liquidated the old policy of bipolar blocs, which began after the end of the Second World War and gave way to a new international framework with the United States as the only superpower. Some spoke of the end of history, in which liberal democracies have won over communism and the struggle of ideologies that began in the 19th century ends.
